Tuesday Stuff

What a shock; Americans think the COVID alleged “relief” bill doesn’t go far enough (and no, I don’t totally agree with Ana or Cenk on this – I’m not saying Nancy Pelosi is blameless, but overwhelmingly this is the fault of Sen. Mr. Elaine Chao, and it’s ridiculous to pretend otherwise...the one point I DO agree with Cenk and Ana on related to this is that there should have been A HELL OF A LOT MORE TRANSPARENCY FROM THE DEM “LEADERSHIP” SO VOTERS OF ALL POLITICAL STRIPES WOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON!)...

...in addition, I thought this was a great post that I linked to earlier about what led up to this (check the Sticking Points! section)...and by the way, while I don’t totally agree with Cenk and Ana’s take on the negotiations – but I definitely think they have a point about Pelosi’s sense of entitlement – maybe the question to ask is whether or not the House Dems would have lost those seats if she’d taken the $1.8 trillion...actually, I think the issue of the House Dems losing seats has to do with the fact that, for some reason, they were absolutely flummoxed by the Repugs on “defund the police” and “socialism,” and I think it's utterly ridiculous that they couldn’t come up with a response that made sense to Dems and independent voters...more from PA Senator Bob Casey is here...

Update 12/23/20: OK, now that we've been bitching out Nancy Pelosi, how about giving her some credit for this?

...and once more, I know what The Lincoln Project is, but they're doing good, so kudos to them (and for another great ad - to help Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, click here)...

...and in case you somehow we're starting to feel bored with the typical Covid "classic," if you will, don't worry - there's a new, improved version out there, unfortunately...Thom Hartmann tells us more (kind of a weird edit)...

...and I thought this was the best report I’ve seen yet on the link between these QAnon lunatics and Mango Mussolini (and good for Denver Riggleman for actually having a spine, as opposed to the rest of his utterly loathesome party)...

...well, despite some of these items, which are real "downers" I'll admit, I hope you can still take comfort from these seasonal selections (and it wouldn't be the holidays without this last one in partcular).
