...and once more, for no particular reason, it's time for more of This Day In Doomsy History – on a related note, Chris Hayes told us a year ago this month of how “the Brownback/Koch state” passed a law disallowing any municipality in Kansas from passing its own gun laws, something in effect in PA also unfortunately (and an utter pox in Jim Howell, though I hope nothing happens to him, his family or his friends)...
