WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Pope Benedict, making only the second visit by a pontiff to the White House, on Wednesday urged Americans and their leaders to base social and political decisions on moral principles to create a more just society.I agree, and it would have been nice if His Holiness had bothered to tell his host that you cannot have such a society when you deprive funding on behalf of those in need in favor of never-ending war, as noted here.
