Melissa Harris-Perry brings us the story of Teahadist Repug Jeff Duncan in the U.S. House, who wants the Census Bureau to not do its job (not surprising that the political party that doesn’t like science apparently doesn’t like math also – and the jobs numbers actually weren’t too terrible, by the way, as noted here, though there’s plenty of room for improvement)…

…and before we draw a close to this week marking the 10th anniversary of Dubya’s “Mission Accomplished” fiasco, it might be a good idea to take a look at the awful reality of what his regime of pirates wrought in Iraq (Gramps McCain should just ingest a hot toddy and go lay down somewhere)…
