Two musical notes: happy belated 30th birthday to Jonny Lang (hope another hit is forthcoming - way too much talent here)...
...and happy 60th to Phil Collins (I thought this was a good interview in the New York Times a few months ago; one thing we learn, in addition to his huge divorce settlement, is that he can no longer hold a pair of drum sticks without some kind of assistance due to neurological damage in his left arm...he had a nice run, though, so I'm sure he can afford a comfortable retirement).
