Roundup

As The Daily Kos reports, Christina Gregoire’s election as governor of Washington state has been upheld, which in all probability marks the end of the line for Repug Dino Rossi and his idiotic court challenges…The Supremes in D.C. have ruled against medical use of marijuana, turning a whole bunch of cancer patients into criminals (how constructive)…The Huffington Post has a lot of news and chatty stuff (great site, but why the #@$! should anyone care about whether or not Paramount Studios pulls the financial plug on Tom Cruise and “Mission: Impossible” 3…speaking of show biz, that great actor/idiot Russell Crowe was arrested in NYC for throwing a phone at a hotel employee: why on earth would a guy like him who has the world on a string do something that DUMB?!)…The Al Franken Show blog has a lot of great stuff documenting Bush’s criminal ignorance prior to and subsequent to Iraq War II…David Sirota tosses his support towards Howard Dean (as do I, even though I wish somebody would zap him the moment he gets an urge to say something dumb).
