...and speaking of idiot Republicans, Emma and the crew from The Majority Report tell us about Walter Hudson, an incoming state rep in Minnesota, equating vaccine mandates with slavery (NSFW/H)...and I could care less whether or not this guy is black; he’s still a goddamn idiot...I would expect this in a red state, but sadly, this garbage is apparently nationwide (more here)...
...and Ana and Cenk of TYT discuss schools forcing kids into ROTC according to the New York Times (I definitely think Cenk’s remark about the “mythical creature” is out of line in this context; I think it’s “apples and oranges” to compare the Pentagon trying to lure in kids to teaching the faith, whatever it may be...if kids don’t want to believe it, then fine...Cenk is absolutely right at the end, though, in his point about why the wingnuts don’t want free college, mainly because they don’t want kids who aren’t “to the manor born” to have the same advantages)...
