…and I’m sure this constitutes a circular firing squad on our part, something I typically don’t want to encourage, but I really have to give Sam Seder credit for giving Jimmy Dore the treatment he deserves for Dore’s bashing of Keith Ellison, though I probably would have taken it further than that – as far as I’m concerned, Dore is on his way to becoming the lefty equivalent of Alex Jones…what a clown (and yep, NSFW)…
…and today marks what would have been the 90th birthday of legendary labor leader Cesar Chavez, who, along with Dolores Huerta, was probably more responsible than anyone else for the founding of the United Farm Workers Union (here); this is a song about the tragedy that, arguably, led to the activism that formed the union.
