...and Kyle Kulinski tells us about the LA Port head issuing a warning of economic collapse, with trade from China cut by a third in just a week...”global trade coming to a standstill”...and yeah, I’m longing right now for that supposedly awful 4 percent inflation under Biden, which (and let’s all say this together) was because of PRICE GOUGING AND SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS COMING OUT OF COVID!!!...and I like Kyle’s idea to basically just tell “Donnie Two Scoops” that, yeah dawg, we really collected the tariffs, but really we just don’t and don’t tell him since he’ll never know the difference...Kyle also makes good points about the ripple effects of this madness (NSFW/H)...
...and Jesse Dollemore tells us that an air traffic controller recently warned people to avoid Newark Airport at all costs, which is frightening and also a shame because we’ve flown out of Newark, and as airports go, I think it’s a good one...and I definitely don’t feel assured with Trump DOT idiot Sean Duffy in charge...just creating chaos for the sake of creating chaos, people’s well-being be damned, staring with Elmo and his demented band of DOGE incels...part of me wonders if this is just a case of someone at Newark going public and the same issues are taking place at other airports we just don’t know about...hope to God I’m wrong (slightly NSFW/H also)...

...and I now give you the latest installment of “This Day In Doomsy History” (more or less) from 5/6/11...yes, I remember that AOC primaried and defeated corpora-Dem Joe Crowley, but to me, this was a shining moment from Crowley timed for another “100 days” which took place at the beginning of the 112th Congress, with “Man Tan” Boehner in charge in the House (I guess you could say “past is prologue” here)...
