Tuesday Stuff

I really hadn’t planned to say anything about what apparently was the blown call in the Green Bay Packers/Seattle Seahawks football game last night, but I thought this was an interesting piece of “world” news from Yahoo.

In addition to the fact that the replacement refs are scabs, the games shouldn’t be watched because the NFL is thus marketing an inferior product.

The only things Roger Goodell and the owners understand are asses in the seats at the home games and eyeballs watching the TV screens. Until that changes, nothing else will.

Now, to switch subjects – this is a quick video, but a meaningful one...

...and enigmatic Canadian pianist Glenn Gould would have been 80 today (time for a bit of culture).
